7:30 Action Talk by Fran McManus, a long-time Princeton resident, and Marketing Director at the Whole Earth. Fran will share her ideas on how businesses, institutions, government, and non-profits can use common goals to help create a truly sustainable Princeton.  Fran is the co-author of “Choosing to Live Local” (see this Zapfra press pdf link), the editor of three regional cookbooks and author of frequent magazine articles about farming, taste and food.
